wisdom and peace
Wisdom is not in the searching but in the living
each day with a good heart and a good mind. Human beings have
intuition and reason which combined can become emotion. Simplify
your reasoning, follow your intuition, watch your emotions, refrain
from harming others, give thanks for being and peace will reign.
There should be no worry - just peace – because there is
a plan, even if you cannot see it
If you allow your perception of reality to disturb your inner
peace then you will be anxious. Understand that your emotions
can colour the truth. To reach understanding, observe yourself
- your thoughts and your actions.
Understand the oneness
This is a world of pairs of opposites. There isn’t any short
or long - it just is. A thing is only short or long according
to something else. Don’t expect anything to be good or bad
- everything just is. That’s the way creation works. Good
or bad is only how it appears to you - it is your judgment projected
to qualify an idea. You could stop playing this game and learn
to stay balanced in the middle - be the oneness.
The story of the Gods and the
hiding of man's power and potential
The Gods were talking one day, all gathered together, and they
said: "Wait a minute now. Here we’ve got man and he's
got all this power. He's got all this potential. Man is a part
of us. Man is God, but he hasn't come to the point where he knows
how to deal properly with all this power and potential. What are
we going to do?"
They all agreed: "We've got to hide it from him."
One said: "Let's put it in the bottom of the ocean."
Another said: "No, no, he'll go down there. Eventually he'll
go down there. He'll find it."
And another said: "Let's put it up in the sky." "No,
no, one day he's going to fly up there. He'll be up there. He'll
find it."
"Well, let's bury it deep in the earth." "No. He'll
dig. He'll dig it up."
'Well, where are we going to put it then?"
One said: "Let's go to the big God, the wisest of all, and
ask him."
So they went to the wisest of all and they asked:
"Where are we going to hide this power and potential from
man?"
The wisest God of all said: "Put it within him. He'll never
look there!"
