Feel good about being alive! First thing in the morning when you
wake, indulge in a few deep breaths and a liberating body stretch
- just feel the bliss of life force energy flowing through you.
Its quite amazing!
Start the day with a great thought such as today is the
first day of the rest of my life or its going
to be a good day or todays fresh moments are
there for me Im here to live them - whatever
does it for you!
Even though happiness is your purpose, there will inevitably be
times when you experience pain and suffering. Use these times
for personal growth. When you can see the silver linings of your
personal storm clouds, celebrate your new understanding. Embrace
your ability to see whats really going on, celebrate truth,
celebrate patience, celebrate freedom and love.
And remember to celebrate your good fortune
by saying thank you to life and to those who help
you when something marvellous comes along.
