Way 4 - respect your body

Respect your body. Get to know it well and look after it properly every single day. Feed yourself wholesome nourishing food. Why put unhealthy junk foods into your body? You deserve only the best! Your common sense and appropriate research will reveal the best nourishment.

Every single day, make sure you use your body properly. That means looking after your deportment, sitting and standing, and your breathing – inhale fresh air whenever possible. Most importantly your body is not designed to be static so it’s vital to exercise.

If we continually abuse our bodies by remaining in fixed positions for long periods of time, not only will they atrophy but also our mental well being will be compromised. There are numerous studies which show this to be true!

There are many different ways to exercise from a gentle stroll to an hour in the gym - you need to find a regime that suits your individual lifestyle - a physical way of relating to your body on a daily basis that becomes second nature to you.
