your
personal pyramid
If
you want to make some radical changes to your life, leave the
past behind and break through to a better brighter present, then
the 4 sided pyramid symbol may be able to help!
The base of your pyramid is all the
things that are your life to date. You should make yourself aware
of these by studying yourself in detail. Write a summary of each
one in turn - also consult WholeLife Q & As.
The four sides represent all the things
you spend time on - your work, your health, your personal relationships,
your social life and alone time - which are the subject of WholeLife
Q & As.
The lower middle area is where all
the gunge of your life is lurking - some of it you may already
have cleaned up, the rest is just waiting to be identified and
then left behind forever!
Above this is a symbolic ceiling -
it is perforated to allow you to break through if you know how.
The perforations are fairly small so you cannot take the gunge
with you - it has to be left behind.
The upper middle area is where you
enjoy life in the present moment. The journey is now. You are
beginning to see the light at the top of the pyramid.
The pinnacle is your ultimate goal
of peace, freedom and fulfilment. It is the 'high light' of your
existence and it is attainable with effort and practice. It is
the point of simplicity where nothing is everything and everything
is nothing.
Draw your own pyramid shell. Write a few
key words inside it to denote your personal base camp and your
individual gunge. Indicate where you are now in relation to the
perforated ceiling. You can repeat this as often as necessary.
Focusing on your personal pyramid is a good way of checking if
you are on the right road to freedom.
