enjoyable!
What
does your Action 1 list look like? You may find you have quite a collection
of leisure time activities listed. Which ones are you really making the
most of?
Have you given any of your current activities a 3, 4 or 5 rating? If so,
would you like to re-view the time you spend on them?
Are there any leisure, social or alone time activities which you do not
currently indulge in, but would like to, now and in the future?

There are, of course, only 24 hours in a day/night, so you need to find
the 'right balance' for all the things you intend to do or to be. That
way you can really make the most of your time, enjoy yourself and enjoy
the company of others.
To get things in perspective you need to admit the present. Are you spending
just a fraction of your time the way you really want to? Wouldn't it be
great if the majority of things you do are actually chosen on purpose
by you!
Adopting WholeLife principles as your way of life gives you the power
to make 'reasoned' decisions based on your own commitments, circumstances
and lifestyle.
Bear in mind the 24 hour day/night -seven days a week - 4+ weeks a month
framework and be pro-active with your plans. As your circumstances and
commitments change, so you can re-think your leisure, social and alone
time. Only you know what is possible and what is really right for you.
